Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Karmic Healing Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are dedicated to providing high-quality spiritual services to our clients (“Client”, “you”, “your”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling services such as astrological consultations, pujas, and rituals. 

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

    • Scope: This policy applies to all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to astrological consultations, pujas, and rituals.
    • Purpose: This policy aims to ensure clarity and transparency in our cancellation and refund procedures, fostering trust and satisfaction among our clients.

2. Service Cancellations
    Cancellations by Client:

    • Advance Notice: Clients may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 3 days’ notice prior to the scheduled service time.
    • Cancellation Method: Cancellations must be made by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. Please provide your invoice number and details of the service to be cancelled.

    Cancellations by Company:

    • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the unavailability of the service provider, emergencies, or other reasons beyond our control.
    • Client Notification: Clients will be notified as soon as possible if a service is cancelled by the Company.
    • Refund or Rescheduling: Clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time. In cases of rescheduling, no additional charges will apply.

3. Refunds
    Refund Eligibility:

    • Full Refund: Cancellations made with at least 3 days’ notice will receive a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 1 to 2 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: No refunds will be given for missed appointments and cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund.

    Refund Processing Time:

    • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 9 to 15 business days of the cancellation being approved.
    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    Non-Refundable Services:

    • Non-Refundable Services: Some services may be explicitly marked as non-refundable. Clients will be informed of this at the time of booking.

4. Special Cases for Refunds
    Service Deficiencies:

    • Reporting Issues: If you experience issues with a service, please contact us within 2 days of the service date. Provide your personal details, invoice number and a detailed description of the issue.
    • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full or partial refund or rescheduling the service. Each case will be assessed individually to ensure fair treatment.

    Customer Dissatisfaction:

    • Feedback: We value your feedback and strive to improve our services continuously. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please provide detailed feedback within 1 day of the appointment / service date.
    • Assessment: We will assess your feedback and, if deemed appropriate, offer a partial refund, rescheduling, or other suitable resolution.

5. Rescheduling Services
    Client-Initiated Rescheduling:

    • Advance Notice: Clients may request to reschedule a service by providing at least 3 days’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment / service time.
    • Rescheduling Method: Rescheduling requests must be made by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. Please provide your invoice number and details of the service to be rescheduled.
    • Rescheduling Fee: No additional charges will apply for rescheduling requests made with at least 3 days’ notice. Requests made less than 2 days before the scheduled service may incur a rescheduling fee.

    Company-Initiated Rescheduling:

    • Right to Reschedule: We reserve the right to reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.
    • No Additional Charges: No additional charges will apply for rescheduling initiated by the Company.
