Welcome to Karmic Healing Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including astrological consultations, pujas, and rituals (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use our services.


1. Definitions

    • “Client” or “you” refers to any individual or entity who engages our Services.
    • “Service Agreement” refers to the specific agreement made between the Company and the Client for the provision of Services.

2. Services Provided

The Company offers a variety of spiritual services, including but not limited to:

 

    • Astrological Consultations: We provide consultations based on Vedic or other relevant astrological systems. These consultations may involve analysing birth charts, predicting potential life events, and offering guidance based on astrological interpretations.
    • Pujas and Rituals: We conduct various pujas (worship ceremonies) and rituals based on your specific needs and traditions. This may involve the use of mantras, sacred offerings, and invocations for specific deities. Various religious and spiritual rituals and ceremonies are performed as requested by the Client or as per the astrological analysis of client’s birth-chart by our team of seasoned astrologers.
    • Customization: Some Services can be customized based on Client’s requirements, subject to additional charges and feasibility.

3. Disclaimer

    • Our Company’s services are for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
    • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our Services. The effectiveness of spiritual practices can vary depending on individual belief and actions.
    • Astrology is a complex system of interpretation, and astrological readings should not be taken as absolute predictions of the future.

4. Booking and Payment

    • Booking: Clients must book Services in advance through our website, phone, or in-person.
    • Payment Terms: Fees for our services will be clearly communicated to you during the consultation. Payment is due in full (Before/After) the service is rendered. Consultation charges applicable for all clients, in case of cancelling an appointment with our company. We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

5. Client Responsibilities

    • Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
    • Compliance: Clients must comply with all guidelines and instructions provided by our astrologers and coordinators from the company.
    • Behaviour: Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected during all interactions. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any Client exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

    • Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
    • Confidentiality: All consultations and services are confidential. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
    • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation.  If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of such arbitration shall be the district of Kottayam, Kerala, India. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

8. Amendments

    • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Miscellaneous

    • Severability – If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be removed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
    • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Intellectual Property

    • The content on our website and the materials provided during consultations are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any such content is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action. Written permission is required for any use beyond personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    • We provide our services “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

    • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
